Moving in and out
Eligibility to enter
Students, graduate research students, postdoctoral research students who are currently enrolled at Seoul National University and are studying at Pyeongchang Campus for 6 months or more
However, there will be restriction those who have received disciplinary punishment more than an organic suspension by the school regulations, those who have been evicted by dormitory regulations, infectious disease patients, those living in Pyeongchang with their own house (family living room) or any person who is deemed inappropriate by the other director for joint living.

How to apply
If you want to move in, please download the application form for SangRok student dormitory and the written oath from the homepage archives in the homepage data room, sign it, get your professors signature and submit it to the SangRok Student Dormitory Administration Office
Documents to be submitted
- Student living room
- Residents application form, written oath, certificate of enrollment, health certificate for residence in a dormitory
- Diagnosis issued by a public health clinic or general hospital and final opinion should be at least normal
(Required items: Chest X-ray, measles immunity test)
- Family living room
- Family living room application form, written oath, family relationship certificate, certification of enrollment, medical certificate of all dormitory residents for residence in a dormitory
- Diagnosis issued by a public health clinic or general hospital and final opinion should be at least normal

- Possible to submit original document
- Possible to submit original document validity period within 3 months of issued date

Procedure on eviction application
submit the eviction application -> check the condition of the tenants room cleaning and facilities (confirm with the TA for schedule to confirm in advance) -> eviction -> eviction process -> return deposit
How to apply for eviction
Those who wish to evacuate should download the SangRok Student dormitory eviction application form from the homepage data room and sign and write it. Then sign the roommate for the payment of the utility fees with the roommate and after checking the cleaning status and facilities by the TA, sign it and submit it to the administrative office (In the case of family living room, not applicable on utility fees settlement and signature verification)
Return of deposit and administrative expense
Deposit : After eviction of the applicant, if there is no problem in the room, deposit will be returned
management fee : The student life room will pay administrative expenses for the first semester when moving in and return the administrative fee paid at the time of departure by calculating daily
